Is Ruby Apple Kitchen only about apples?
Not at all. While apples are a big part of the inspiration behind the name and one of my greatest food loves, Ruby Apple Kitchen is a from-scratch baking blog with a wide variety of recipes. You can expect everything from cakes, cookies, and breakfast bakes to seasonal desserts, with a special love for apple recipes woven throughout.
Are your recipes from scratch?
Almost always. Most recipes are made entirely from scratch, with the occasional shortcut when it genuinely makes sense. A good shortcut has its place, and I'm not afraid to use one.
What elevation are your recipes developed and tested at?
I develop and test my recipes at approximately 4,850 feet in Utah. At lower elevations, make the recipes as written, keeping in mind that results can vary somewhat from one kitchen and elevation to another. At elevations significantly higher than mine, additional adjustments may be helpful.
Do you share new recipes regularly?
Yes. New recipes are added regularly, with a focus on cozy, from-scratch baking across breakfast, desserts, and seasonal treats. Subscribing is the easiest way to make sure you don't miss one.
Can I use your recipes for personal use?
Absolutely. These recipes are made to be baked, shared, and hopefully made again.
Do you accept collaborations?
Partnership and collaboration opportunities may be available in the future. In the meantime, feel free to reach out.
